Commercially- Substantial experience has been gained in estimating and surveying for a large variety of contract types, values , locations and procurement routes. Responsible for all financial aspects of running and controlling projects,

Project Management- 15 years experience in Contract Management, ensuring clients requirements were correctly interpreted and met for construction projects to be delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to anticipated high standards.Clients include First Scotrail, Network Rail, NHS Facilities, Carillion plc, C Spencer Ltd, Galliford Try and May Gurney Ltd
 


Quantity Surveying and Estimating

Surveying Duties covering all commercial aspects of the construction process.

Individual or all trade estimating, tailored to suit individual requirements (Ideal for the overstretched. Main or Single trade contractor at times of work overload!)

Final Accounts, Valuations, Variations, Remeasurement, Sub contractor

Finalisation and Negotiation, Preparation of Schedules of Quantities. .

Works can be carried out on a per hour or per contract basis within our own offices or clients own premises.

Advice on contractual situations, CDM Regulations, Method Statements, Preparation of Contract Programmes.
